Cancellation request for 2 years

I have requested numerous times for innovation group to cancel my policy (extended warranty). Am so disappointed with the level of service that I received.. I have been transfered from one consultant to the next, how difficult is it to cancel a policy? I expect my policy to be cancelled and a cancellation letter to be sent to me... Please contact me on ***..i will never ever recommend this company to anyone
