CANCELLATION OF POLICY
I have cancelled this policy on the 13 January 2016. these guys took out out an installment from my account in FEB and MARCH. I requested that the MARCH installment be returned as the policy is cancelled. I was assured that this will take place immediately. It did not happen. I called again on the 14 March 2016. I was assured again that this money will be paid immediately. Today 16/03/2016 I was told I have to now wait another 14 days as this is there company policy
