Cancellation of Policy

I recently cancelled my policy with Innovation Group that I paid cash for. Still as of today I have not heard back from retentions or anyone to actually advise me if the cancellation has been processed.<br> <br> Below is the reference number from the contact centre including the date and time I spoke to the call centre agent.:<br> <br> Thulani 13:44 07.12.2015 <br> <br> <br> If I do not get 100% confirmation as to my policy being cancelled as well as receiving a full refund of my monies that I paid to Innovation group. I will be sending Innovation Group a letter of demand from my lawyers. <br> <br> The service that Innovation Group offers is disgusting. <br>
