Cancellation (for refund) of extended warranty on a car that I sold and submitted all the required documents. BUT NO PAYMENT.

I submitted a cancellation (for refund) of extended warranty to Innovation Group on my car which I sold (cancellation summited on Tue, 18 July 2023). I followed-up with a call a week later and was told they have processed the cancellation. 4 weeks later no communication or refund. I followed up again today (14 Aug 23) to be told that the warranty was reinstated on a car I do not own anymore.
