CANCELATION

Hi, I laid a complain 2 weeks ago with innovations ,and they called me to resolve my issues ,however nothing was resolved ,i was told that i will get a call back last week Thursday ,even now i haven't received any call from them .I am tired of this company ,they are *********** , i an so furious because my car is due for service .I want to cancel the policy and be refunded all my premiums i payed so that i can take my car for service.

Yah i understand however ,its a week now and no one said anything to me via email or telephone, i just want to cancel and be refunded
