Breach Of contract

I am lodging this review due to the complete lack of resolution regarding a warranty cancellation request and a subsequent refund dispute, despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter.

The Facts:

I signed a WBC Pre-Owned Warranty and signed the policy documents at the Webuycars Silver Lakes offices on the 24th of September

I initiated the cancellation process within the stipulated cooling-off period of the policy date, as clearly outlined in the documents I signed.

The cancellation request and the dispute over the refunded amount are currently being ignored. I have written repeatedly with no resolution provided.

When initially contacting Innovations Group, an agent provided a PDF document containing information that proves there was a breach of contract regarding the refunded amount.

I require my cancellation request to be addressed immediately and fully processed in accordance with the specific policy wording that was signed at the Webuycars Silver Lakes branch. The company is currently failing to honor the terms of its own cooling-off period policy and is providing misleading information to customers.

Avoid this warranty provider and their administrators if you expect prompt and honest adherence to cancellation policies.
