Breach of Contract

We took out a Service Plan with Innovation Group that states on the policy documents that its valid until the car reached 60,000 km. I took the car for a service this morning just to find out that the policy expired on 8 June 2015, which is not in the policy docs. No term date is mentioned in this doc. I called Innovation Group and they don't want to assist me the loyal client.
