Bravo Mr Victor Mranugo

I had the pleasure of dealing with Mr Victor Mranugo today and was pleasantly surprised by his demeanor. Professional, competent, polite, efficient but most importantly, he LISTENED to what i had to say and executed without fail, a resolution that will leave me, as a customer, very satisfied. Bear in mind, i was irate and livid before i called but at no point was there a need for me to bite his head off because he assisted me to the best of his ability. If a raise and/or promotion is not on the cards, i hope you get head-hunted and get paid what you're worth. Thank Victor
