Big skelems
Innovation group is refusing to pay for my service as they claim. 1st they said my contract has expired now they say I didn't service my car in 2023. When I took up the policy my car was almost due for a service and I told them I will pay cash for it which I did. I called VW now and the confirmed my claim. I have invoice for that service. My plan was only for two services and they only paid for one. I want them to either pay my money back or pay for the service. If VW charge me storage innovation group will be responsible.
