BEWARE OF INNOVATION GROUP - You pay for something you not going to use.

I don't even think 1 star should be given but would give it for the 1 time innovation did what they were suppose to do.

Ok so I bought a Mahindra XUV500 in 2016. In 2018 Innovation Group phoned me and asked if I would like to take out a "Power Up Plan" that would cover my Mahindra during the manufacturing service plan for Breaks, wiper and battery. Not informing me this is only valid for 2 years.

So after paying R5295 for this plan wich I believe is for the next 3 years the car still have a service plan on it, I claimed for breaks done in 2019 of the amount R1582.

When I book my Mahindra in on the 9th of July 2020 for a service, all of a sudden it "conveniently" suddenly expired on the exact day I booked my car for the 60 000 service. How convenient is that.

Now I understand business and everyone has to make money but to make R 3713 out of unsuspecting customers is really a *******.

Believe me I will warn people as far and as wide as I go to never even speak to Innovation Group about policies because they take 3 times what you pay for a service plan for them self. Not even 50/50.
