bad service not taking care of your customers.

i have submitted two claims with innovation group for mechincal warranty. i have to say i received a bad service from them. the claims were rejected what is even worse is that the second claim they did not even requested the job card from the supplier they just declined on the phone. what is the point of paying for the insurance if when you need help then they are not able to can assist. i pay my monthly premiums knowing that i am covered should my car give me problems but innovation group has let my down.
