Bad service from Innovation Group

Innovation Group is the most unhelpful company I've ever come across. Bought a telephone system from them for Zimela Pharmacy. After about 2 months all incoming calls went to Pick & Pay clothing. Tyrone Levinson which is apparently one of the owners is absolutely doing nothing about is . He is waiting for the Network and is coming up with useless explanations. Pls don't do business with this company. You will regret it. Consulting a lawyer is the next step.
