Bad Service Ever

Bad Service Everrrrr..... I would like to warn everyone about this group.. Last year September i took my car for Service and when is time for collection i was advised that i need to pay even though i have plan with this group cuz they havent paid them... I had to pay cuz i wanted my car back and when i call the Innovation Group back they told me to send POP that they will refund but till today i havent got it.. I have been calling twice a week and the agents advise case has been logged,, T\leaders, Managers are always in a meeting, They dont even callback when they done... I have spoke to Bukhosi Kubheka where the docs where sent to but hes not responding my email... Kelebogile, Nhlanhla Khumalo, Sibongile Tshaabala, Buhle, Petros..Lesiba and they havent got back to mee even today.. They promise that complain dpt will callback and that was in Jan but havent got any communication...
