Bad Service
On the 7th June handed in the vehicle at the dealer we purchased at. Vehicle was sent to their "Approved" workshop. The owner drove our vehicle up and down, instead of fixing it, which I have the proof as per the Netstar Tracker installed in the vehicle. Nothing was done on our vehicle, Innovation apparently paid said workshop. The 14 June collected the vehicle, while driving the vehicle did the exact samething and more. Went back to dealership, gave them the proof from the Tracker, they themselves said that the vehicle could not have been worked on, as it was driven everyday since booked in for repairs, the vehicle even "stayed" over at his house. Vehicle sent to William Simpson in Tokia, where a report was given to Innovation and and said dealership, stating that NOTHING was done, no parts was replaced, even photos was given of all the parts. So, vehicle has been at William Simpson from the 15 June till to date 21 August 2024, and now Innovation says: Sorry, claim NOT Approved. After all, evidence was given from a reputable Car Dealership Workshop. What kind of investigation has Innovation done to prove that the parts was replaced from the 1st Workshop. Anybody can provide a slip with parts on it. Here, we provided you with evidence from a reputable Workshop (William Simpson Tokia), that nothing was replaced. I can provide you with the tracker information from the time the vehicle was at the 1st workshop till the day we collected. Not once did we receive a notification that the battery was disconnected, I tracked the vehicle everyday to see where my vehicle was. I even email Tebogo Mushi on the 16 August 2024, informing him of everything, and to date 21 August 2024, no answer from him. I am so GLAD we are taking another vehicle and moving over to another "Insurance" company. Please people do your homework before deciding which "Insurance Company" you are going to take. INNOVATION is a BIG NO NO. As long as they get there monies, they don't care about the customer.
