BAD SERVICE

my claim has been approved by Ashley, for the dealer to replace my waterpump, yesterday I was on a conference call with the dealer and Ashley from the claims department, after we spoke i though this was sorted that the dealer will release my car once they are done, to my dismay they send me the invoice were I need to pay in a R70,and they told me again that they wont release my car without proof of payment from Innovation, I called in again after 25min i got a hold of Ashley were he tried to connect us to a conference call again, but it didn't work and he had to let me go, but promise to call me back, my husband called me a few minutes ago, and he told me that Ashley is changing he's story because he told the dealer yesterday that he will make sure that payment is done once they release my car,at the moment I'm so be***,trying to call Ashley is a nightmare leaving emails doesn't work so putting a review on hello peter I know for a fact that someone will get into contact with me.every month my money goes to my warranty for more than 5 years now, and this is the kind of service I'm getting, but I promise I will never use innovation as a warranty again #WIN ALMOST 2 HOURS LATER STILL NO CALL FROM ASHLEY
