Bad product and service

Innovation Group is doing telly sales, selling extended service plans on behalf of MFC, <br> They led you to believe that this is such a great deal and it will cost you minimal, and you can cancel this any time you like, this is not the case, when I try to enquire about how this set up is actually working they do not phone you back, I asked for the recording, they do not send it, I had to phone in 4 times eventually spoke to the supervisor, how does not listen to what the actual concern is, he also just escalate. They do not phone you back. Their after sales service is horrific. The lady that received the escalation eventually was the only one that actually assisted and did something <br> So in short they canceled the plan after 2 services, and the value of these 2 services is less R4465.40 and you have to pay them back R10 000<br> So for something I did not want or needed in the first place I end up paying an arm and a leg, this goes against the CPA requirements,
