Bad customer service provided and frustrating as a client
Well since 9th of Oct been in contact with them regarding my policy Nr ZAfcsg ********** 232 its been so difficult. I have spoken to their agents who's calls a are recorded for a towing benefit and process to claim . now to my surprise with their recommendation thy refuse to pay out claim even after thy said I shud claim after . their service is poor and agents have no customer service etiquette.
