Bad customer service and false information
On the 16/03/2022 I had a tyre burst at Bisho. I contacted Innovations call centre, I was sent to King Williams Town to make a claim, there was no tyre retail store that accepted my claim. I spoke to a consultant by the name of Kagiso Gama, he advised that I buy the tyre and later claim for a refund. I produced all the required documents requested by the consultant, and I was told that my claim was rejected...My contact no. ***
