Bad customer service
Good Day All. Policy number: SST001453 My name is Lukhuthando Nkamana my bad experience with innovative group insurance is, I claimed a damaged Tyre and sent all the required information to them and waited. They just didn't care about the emergency I had at the time and when I phone they were just bouncing my call around to this and that person registering the same claim till give up. I will love to be refunded all my money's from the first day I joined, because I didn't get help till now.
