Bad customer service
I have a service plan with innavation group since january 2021 they debit 249 everymonth on my account now my car is due for service and they sau they cant pay yet they told me i will be covered after 3 months from taking the cover.i spoke to katlego sibeko and he couldnt assist and i tried the supervisor katlego and he wont pick up his call.their number is *** they have a very bad service.they will keep you holding for 1hour
