Awaiting a refund.. for how much longer????
was advised on the 14th That the policy payments would be refunded to GJ Joubert within 14 days. Received an email, after asking for feedback, today, that feedback would be provided by 'COB'... Uhm no feedback, no nothing., do they still have the money? They do have the banking details, as they were taking a D/O monthly.
