Appalling Customer service - NOT so awesome service

Level of service received from Innovation group is appalling! I've spoken to three different consultants already that promised they would phone me back regarding a query on my vehicle's service plan - to date no one has made any effort to call me back - when I phone to speak to a Supervisor/Manager they put me on hold for 14 minutes and then the call goes back to the switchboard and I have to start all over again. I need urgent assistance as my vehicle is almost over service interval! Definitely NOT the awesome service they claim to provide
