another week has passed and still nothing

Please refer to previous complaint Its been almost a week nothing has been done or sorted out Really the worst service ever!!! How difficult can it be!!!!! The lady that responds to the complaints called me once to say management is looking in to it and thats it!!!! Useless people i will be cancelling all of my policies
