An ************* brand

I bought an extended warranty with Innovations Group in 2015. The problem started when it was claim time. This is my 3rd claim being declined by them which simply means it does not help me to have an extended warrant as they keep on declining my claims. This company is a no go area. The werse part is when they approved my claim later declined it saying they have made an error. That is unprofessional.

What frustrates me more is the fact that I cannot cancel this policy because I bought it cash then in 2015. If you are still with Innovations Group go fast and cancel your policy before it is too late, if you haven't join them stay far away from them.
