An unhappy client .

This car warranty policy a division of ABSA insurance called Innovation groups has declined my claim due to as they quote it Pre Existing problems, a car which is 4 to 5 years it is bound to be having some wearing parts hence we ensure them... I was very surprised by their final decision based on the reasons given, I have been their customer for almost 4 years now and this was the first claim. how will I have known that my car's clutch was busy wearing out? the model of the car does not display faults of the car, so how will I have known that the clutch is busy breaking? ?♀️and it really surprised me who quick was their rejection letter, the service provider gave the insurance a quote of things that need to be repaired and they only addressed one. what about other pre-existing problems that should be fixed before breaking the car and before they say they are pre-existing?
