Absolutely useless customer service
It's been 3 weeks now that I am without a car, waiting for Innovation Group to approve a claim on my car for engine repairs. Best of all there is no end in site. Obviously there is no car rental clause on their policies. So they make it totally your problem when your car breaks down. They are quick to take your money, but forget about any customer service after that. I will never ever deal with Innovation group again.
