Absolute worst insurance company

the Absolute worst ever , I took my for a service last year in 2024 I was told Innovate does not cover my service only my warranty I could not afford to pay a service out of my pocket, now last week my car starts making a weird sound I take it to Renault they make contact with Innovate who approves and then a few minutes later declines, we called to speak to the lady who approved my claim the first time and we are now advised there is no such person working there but the lady at Renault Spoke to her and took her full name which already tells you this people are ****mers. my Claim (39893) was declined due to it not being serviced in 2024 as innovate advised my problem could be caused due to oil leaks, however Renault confirmed there is no oil leaks on my car .... this people look for every reason not to help you instead of looking for possible reasons to assist. they are not here to assist you but to break you down further the job I need done is only 19k but still they refuse to help or meet my halfway
