Absolute Waste Of Time And Money

These people are absolutely useless, what the sales people, claims dept. and customer service say are all different. I have a service plan with them through my bank, my first service was done, at 186000kms, the second one is then due on 200000, the agents put it on their system service is due at 195000? Even the Renault dealership sticker was not due at 195000, now they refuse to payout for my service. If you try and call the agents, they put you on hold then drop the call. Total chaos at this company, they can debit you on time, but when it is their time to do their work, they have so many excuses and poor customer service.

I just ended up cancelling this service plan, not worth the effort to get good service from a company.

Rather go with more reputable companies
