Absolute **** , stay away.
Our entire fleet has extended warranty with Innovation Group , every single one gets serviced by Toyota and has a full service history with Toyota. Now Toyota come and sell this **** to us when the bakkies are still new.
Guess what, 2 bakkies warranty claims got rejected within 3 months. They literally just take your money and when its their time to pay , they come with every single excuse the book has to offer.
This is a money making scheme, Toyota and other companies should be aware that i will take them on for selling me this ****. I will NEVER use Innovation on any vehicle we buy again. Luckily Toyota is aware and i will get Toyota SA involved for selling us this **** when the vehicle is new. They must stop the selling of this extended ****.
They do not even pay out any claims.
This was a honest reputable company 8 years ago.
