Absa Innovation is nonsense

I have been having the extended warranty fro February the 1st 2019 and on the 29th of November 2019 i had a breakdown, I was then requested to take my car to Volvo i took the car in on the 3rd of December 2019. I called them multiple times in December and January 2020 only then was the claim submitted.

they told me that i took my car to an RMI so they cannot assist then later on which is today the 25th of February 2020 to let me know that they cannot assist me they will be cancelling my policy with immediate effect Absa is not doing us right and today's reasons was different from the previous reason they told me its a wear and tear the bock was due to be like that because of its years. Never did i miss any payment.
