A Disappointing Insurance "Waste of Money"

Really disappointed. I have a rim and tyre policy, which Im paying monthly faithfully with no issues. I called in to claim for 2 tyres and all of a sudden my insurance expired in Feb 2020 but Im still paying the premiums. I was never informed at all when this alleged expired process happened. I fell ****med dosen't make sense at all. The explanation I got wasI owe them , owe what exactly.
