2 weeks already to replace a tire... And not yet...

I'm so fed up with the poor service of innovation group. I urge people to save time and lots of frustration NOT to take out warranty products from this *********** company. The operators also is not the most friendly and lack customer service training.

I have three Warranty products from them. I tried to claim on my scratch and dent warranty but it is such a hassel that I cannot use the warranty. I will cancel this and go back to Care Care Voucher who gives excellent service and no hassel.

But what os most concerning is that I got tire damage two weeks ago and I still waiting for a result on my claim. Two weeks I cannot use my vehicle because of tires damaged in a pothole.

It already cost me R1500 to vet someone out to help me in the evening to be able put a used smooth tire on so I could get home. I could have bought a new tire myself with that amount but innovation claims does bot operate after hours kr weekends so I couldn't get any assistance from them. Now I am stuck after reporting and submitting the claim two weeks ago.

This is totally unacceptable.

I cant even use the vehicle as the second hand tyre I was helped with after hours is not legally acceptable to use on a public road.

Is there ANY other company taking 2 weeks to finalize a claim for tires?

I am cancelling and will take a policy elsewhere.
