Worthless warranty

If I could rate this business with a 0, I would. We submitted a warranty claim. The delays were endless- every time a document was requested from us or our mechanic (who was an approved service provider on their panel), we provided it, only to be asked for more documents. Our mechanic- registered on their panel- was even asked to send pictures of his equipment to "verify" he could do the job. Getting feedback from them took well over an hour every time. Abysmal product, do not waste your money on purchasing a warranty from them. I will be reporting them to the ombudsman.
