Unpaid invoice

Innocent the CEO and I have been doing business (I was his customer) for a few years. I closed my company and offered him my PABX and a very low price as well as office furniture. He arranged a commercial vehicle to collect the furniture when he collected the PABX. After 8 months I am still waiting for my money...after many attempts for it to be paid. He made 100's of commitments and even committed to pay from his personal account. I was shocked at his behaviour as I paid all his invoices within 1 day of receipt of his invoices.....and this is the treatment I get. I am in the process of listing them on credit bureaus and trying to trace his stator details as he does not include it in his legal tax documents or formal company documentation as required by law. Be very careful when doing business with him. He does not owe me a lot as I practically almost gave it away....for me its he principle. Even threatened me with his lawyers...........
