Poor Customer Service

<p>On the 6th December 2016, i have made a payment of R13680.00 into Innovate Enterprise Solutions' bank account for a photocopier.</p> <p>Everytime they had to deliver the machine there was always an excuse of why i cannot get the machine that i have paid for.</p> <p>This went on for a while where their CEO Innocent Mapfumo kept on making promises and did not deliver. I got to a stage where i demanded my money back. I have loads of email where he promised me that they will pay back my money.</p> <p>On the 19th of January 2017 i only received R5000.00 from them which leaves an outstandig amount of R8680.00. Since then the CEO promised me per email that i will have my money by the next day. After numerous phone calles he promised me last nignt per email that they will pay me today. By this mornig the money was still not in my bank account, i phoned him again. When i loged into my bank account they have only made a payment of R2000. They still own me R6860.00. I have an email that i receied from him that i will be paid in full today in order to close this case. </p> <p>i have just spoken to him on the telephone, and his latest promise is Monday, which i know by now will not be so. I have proof of all our conversations per email, and quite honestly, i will not recommend anybody to do any business with this company.</p> <p>Please can someone help me get my money out of these people. i have my own business to run and comitments that i need to keep. I also still need a printer but because i don't get my money back, i cannot get a printer from another company as i need the capital.</p> <p> </p>
