*****, poor service, nightmare to deal with

On 12 Jan 2015, I called Innovate Group to find out more about the multifunction printer they had advertised on gumtree. I also wanted to find out when can it be delivered to Durban if I am interested as I needed the printer ASAP.. Innocent told me it was still available and that I can have the printer the latest 15/1/15 if i deposit the money and fill in the order form. I did that on the 14th. Innocent later confirmed via SMS that payment was received. I called on 14/1/15 to find out when is the machine arriving. I was now told that they are still waiting for one more client to pay so that the truck that will be sent down to KZN can have at least 4 machines but the latest should be over that weekend or the latest Monday 19/01/2015. On 16//1/15 I called again to find out if they will be coming down, I was told probably Monday, It was an excuse after excuse . I insisted, finally they sent it down via Time Freight couriers, when It got to us on 30/1/15 it was broken , literally in pieces. I have been begging them to refund my money but I am not winning,I have lost so much business due to this. All I want is my money back bcos there are other printers available, but I am not winning
