UNPROFESSIONALISM

I'm in the process of getting quotations for renovating my apartment and contacted Craig from <br> Inovar Flooring for a quotation, a week in advance. The appointment was scheduled for the following Monday at 5pm. On the day of the appointment, I waited for Craig who did not show. I called him on his cell, only to hear him say sorry, he forgot and can we reschedule. I feel that that was rather unprofessional of him, as I had cleared my schedule to accommodate him. I do not wish to deal with unprofessional people and chose not to reschedule.
