Innogames adverti*****t is false

On TV Innogames advertised their new game called Forge of Empire. I started playing the game and bought credits as it was impossible to progress the game if you do not purchase credits, the adverti*****t of being free is totally false and borders on *****. By the same token each city has a quest that you need to invite a player and I invited myself with a different e-mail address which makes it a different account. However Innogames had an objection with a single player having more than one account and banned the other accounts, the credits purchased in the other account was just s****ped and I logged multiple queries trying to explain that their rules as stated above was not compromised and credits were purchased. Their response was totally ignored with their manager name being DarkStar, Co-Community Manager, Forge of Empires. Innogames. Innogames claim that it is free is false as you are unable to progress in the game if credits are not purchased. Even their managers do not supply names to their mails, they use their games names. Hiding behing the games. My request to Innogames is that they reimburse my credits bought and that I leave the game alone.
