NON PAYMENT OF SERVICE BY ALEXANDER GROBLER AT INNOFES

I app**** for biodiesel distribution with ALEXANDER GROBLER AND SARAH BATEMAN@ innofes and my application was accepted in 2016, then they requested that i paid them R3000 for feasibility study which i gladly did but until today 2019 i have not receive the study report they promised. i have been calling them with no success and they always have excuses ,it either their manager ALEXANDER GROBLER is in meeting or not available until today. When i called ALEXANDER GROBLER on his cellphone he drops or ignore my calls and he never rep**** on email , i requested them to refund my money back since they cant delivered the service they promise but still they are playing hide and run with me, I dont know how many calls and email i have made to them to pay back money . They must stop robbing poor people their hard earned cash i need my money back
