Innoes BP - horrible service, do not trust

This company was appointed by my insurance to fix a faulty geyser. They then proceeded to lie about attending to the problem on the Saturday, as they do not work over weekends (which I found out after calling to confirm the appointment time and the phone call was first rejected and the phone then turned off). They then proceeded to inform my insurance that the problem is due to a faulty component, which is not covered by the policy, WITHOUT VISITING THE CLAIM SITE. This caused my claim to be rejected. Do not trust this company or accept them as appointees by your insurance.
