The South African cuisine is surprisingly refined yet authentic, focusing on traditional dishes from the various Afrikaans-speaking cultures. Tripe, lamb tails oxtail, bobotie, malva pudding and more, prepared with much attention to detail. The waitress was excellent and the service is good too. If all the dishes were available (most were, to be fair), this would've received five stars from me. The various starters, main courses and desserts (for everyone at our table) were all excellent, without exception - that's no mean feat!
