Inn & Out Plus Rosebank

Our experience at this hotel / Apartment was extremely disappointing. The underground parking was filthy, with old junk piled up everywhere. The entrance from the ba*****t to reception was dirty and poorly maintained, making a bad first impression.

To make matters worse, the reception area smelled strongly of ****, and the receptionist was uninterested in assisting us—too busy scrolling through TikTok. The area outside felt unsafe, with random people drinking on the street.

We decided not to stay and requested a refund, but were told to contact Booking.com. Now, Booking.com says the hotel refuses to refund us.
