Inkwenkwezi Solar - Contact details?

Is there any way to get hold of this company? I bought Inkwenkwezi solar panels, their efficiency is less than 50% the rating on the panel. I have 10 x 330W solar panel going met MAX 140W per panel - usually get around 1200 - 1400W on all 10 the panels in series

There is no email address or number to phone the company?? I cannot take the matter up with the installer as he closed his business and moved on. I need to understand if the efficiency should be expected. I had 3 different solar companies trying different installation methods ext every time costing me money and I need an answer if this should be expected?
