Quad trail disaster

We did the quad bike nature trail. The bikes were in a shocking state, brakes were poor and the hand brake mechanism never worked. My wife came off her bike on a very advanced section of the trail. I believe accidents happen but the Ranger who had a first aid kit on his back never even asked my wife if she was okay after he had to lift the bike off her injured legs. Back at the lodge the staff never offered any help at all. I had to get toilet paper to clean my wife's leg. She was visibly shaken and was limping badly but still no compassion from the staff. We were informed that this was the second incident that week and on speaking to other resorts in the area we were told that this is a common occurrence.My suggestion is \Don't go on the Quad trails here".
