I never got my refund

I deposited 850 for the poultry package. They never delivered them and I never got my refund back. I've been sending the proof of payment many times but nothing. Immediately when I tell them about my enquiry, they neve reply back. I tried calling, whatsapp, Facebook and email but no luck.
