Product Quality is terrible as well as after sales service

<p>About a month ago i ordered 2 cartridges from Ink Saver. Upon their arrival, they were not what i ordered. I called and the manager asured me that they are of a good quality. He confirmed that i may open them and test for myself. If i am not 100%, he will gladly replace with origionals. I should email him directly. I did so but till date he has not rep****. I sent more than 1 email. I tried calling as well. </p> <p>I am unhappy with the print quality and cannot print documents for my business with that quality. Want the Sales, but not willing to help unhappy customers. THATS TERRIBLE</p>
