Outstanding customer service

OK, I have to hand it to this company for outstanding customer service. A repeat customer, I recently placed an order using a new address, as I've moved since I last ordered from Inksaver. The order confirmation emailed to me contained the correct address, but the order was somehow dispatched to the old address. When I got a call from the courier company to this effect, telling me that delivery would be delayed by several days, I was annoyed and fired off an irate email to Inksaver. Within 5 mins I had a phone call from Bianca, who then immediately sent a replacement cartridge with a driver, which I received within half an hour. Can't beat that for acknowledging an error and fixing it right away. Take note, other online companies! (By the way, Inksaver's cartridges are half the price of the manufacturer's, last twice as long, and are of equivalent quality - so why would you continue to be ********** by the outrageous retail prices?). It's not often one has the opportunity to compliment a South African company on its customer service (!), so I'm delighted to do so.
