Delivering half full ink cartridges

<p>I ordered a set of Ink cartridges for my printer.<br />When I installed them, one of the cartridges where only half full.</p> <p>I informed Inksaver.<br />They told me that I must return the cartridge for them to send it back to the supplier.</p> <p>When Iasked what I was supposed to do in the meantime there was not much help.</p> <p>They promised to investigate and come back to me. This hasn't happened yet.</p>
