No Response From Company

I have called the company and sent them emails ,no one responded to my email .Then i called the company again and someone took down my name, id number and cell number.I was then told that they will look into it and call me back .Its been 3 days now and still no response from this company. They have my name placed under debt review after all my accounts have been settled . I am trying to get a cellphone contract but the company's all are telling me that i need a clearance letter but how can i get it if know one from this company wants to help me
