Please no one consider this builder. Team Bark must remove him from the website

Its so sad that this builder got away with so much of my hard earned monies and as a single mum too. Today I am sitting in this situation and cannot live in my new home and he himself refuses to give me a plumbing certificate and a glazing certificate, its been almost 2 weeks since I asked him for those certificates and it is the same on going story that he cannot get a hold of the supplier for the aluminium.
